1. Services Provided

InsideOut provides interior design, exterior design, architectural consultancy, and related services for residential and commercial projects. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Project Consultation & Quotation

• Initial consultations may be provided free of charge or at a nominal fee, as determined by the project scope.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Final project costs may vary based on material selection, scope changes, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients must approve all design proposals and cost estimates before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30-50% of the total project cost) is required before work begins.
• Progress payments will be invoiced according to project milestones.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as per our payment policy.
• All payments should be made via bank transfer or as agreed upon in the contract.

4. Project Timeline

• Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to material availability, client approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Delays caused by client-requested changes or late approvals may extend the project timeline.
• We will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about project requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure site access for our team during agreed working hours.
• Respond to design proposals and approval requests in a timely manner.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities (we can assist with this process).

6. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All design concepts, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of InsideOut until full payment is received.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use designs for other projects without written permission.
• We reserve the right to use project photos and designs for marketing and portfolio purposes.

7. Changes & Modifications

• Changes to approved designs may incur additional costs and extend project timelines.
• All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.
• We reserve the right to refuse changes that compromise design integrity or safety.

8. Warranties & Liability

• We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a period of 12 months from project completion.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or natural disasters.
• Our liability is limited to the total value of the project contract.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers or contractors.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• Clients may cancel projects with written notice, but deposits are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled mid-execution, clients are responsible for payment of completed work and materials ordered.
• We reserve the right to terminate contracts if clients fail to meet payment obligations or violate these terms.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client data is used solely for project execution and communication.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
